This Intensive is a one-day immersive experience designed to help leaders, educators, strategists, and institutions understand how human judgment, collective intelligence, and AI can work together to create more effective, ethical, and scalable outcomes.
Developed by Elizabeth (Liz) Ngonzi through her work in leadership, executive education, and human-centered AI, the 1+1+AI=10™ methodology provides a practical framework for navigating AI-driven transformation without losing what makes leadership human.
Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for people, the methodology explores how leaders can responsibly combine:

  • AI-enabled amplification and synthesis
to strengthen decision-making, communication, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
Originally developed through applied work across executive education, leadership experiences, institutional advisory, and the AI for Humanity platform, the methodology now serves as a practical model for leaders navigating complexity, uncertainty, and rapid technological change.
